Assessor Resources
Assessor Participation Agreement- must be completed by each assessor in order to score homes for the program.
Company Participation Agreement- must be completed by each company employing assessors that participate in the program.

What You'll Do
Assessors gather information about a home’s:
· Envelope (walls, insulation, windows, doors)
· Air leakage and duct condition
· Heating and cooling systems
· Water heatingThe DOE scoring tool generates the Home Energy Score and report.

Pass the exam
